Contact Underwater Waterfall Mauritius

Email [email protected]. I read everything and answer most things within a couple of days. Corrections get answered first.

What I can help with

Which of the seven tours fits your dates, your party and your budget. Whether a flight is likely to go on a given morning in a given month, in general terms. Corrections: if a duration, a seat count, a meeting point or a limit on this site has changed, tell me and I will update the page. Questions about Le Morne itself: the trail, the jetty, the road from the airport. Tour operators and press are welcome too.

What I cannot help with

I am an independent guide, not an operator and not GetYourGuide, so I cannot see, change or cancel your booking. Use the confirmation email GetYourGuide sent you; every tour here has free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure and that is handled on their side. When weather grounds a flight the operator reschedules or refunds, and I have no part in that either.

Before you email about which one to book, the answer may already be written down: all seven compared, how to see the underwater waterfall, or the individual reviews.

Where I am

This site is written from La Gaulette, Mauritius, the fishing village on the B9 coast road 3 km north of Le Morne, where the Le Morne Anglers’ Club jetty is. If you want to see where that is: La Gaulette, Mauritius on Google Maps.

The helicopters do not leave from here. They lift from the helipad at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam airport in Plaine Magnien on the south-east, 60 to 75 minutes away by road, and cross the island to reach the waterfall; the seaplane on this site leaves from Grand Gaube on the north-east coast. How to get to Le Morne has the distances.
